My mother took her RV here to have the heating element changed on her hot water tank so it could be used for my brothers (her son) wedding party to change in during the course of their outdoor wedding. This was done about a week before the wedding for about $500. Not a horrible price. My mother isn't the most mechanically inclined and she also trusts ppl so naturally she never checked to see if work was done or correct until morning of wedding and needless to say it wasn't right. No water would even work now and all that was wrong initially was no hot water. I call Weimers Riooff Svc. and tell my situation and the receptionist asks 'ok so what can I do?' I say 'Well I'm just wondering if you are going to do what's right and fix it correctly this time?' When my mother paid and picked up the RV the mechanic was trying to be nice and fill the fresh water tank for her but filled the grey waste water tank instead and they never showed her that it was fixed correct. How can you even say that you did the job and it was done correct if the ppl that own the RV never felt hot water? I was told that technically they were not at fault and blah blah blah and how they were trying to be nice but she hurried them was another reason blurted out. Same story way too much when dealing with businesses anymore. Pathetic!
