Purchased a car recently. I'd have to update in a couple of years on how the car holds up. But BKA is a rather hands off shopping experience. Agents are there to facilitate test drives and the buying process, but by and large you're on your own while shopping.

I didn't like the monthly payment of the vehicle I was considering so they took the time to let me find another one and when I found a new one, they were more than happy to help me out. I got there and the place was busy but it didn't take long to check out the vehicle. Buying it was pretty painless, and I feel like I was taken care of. Close to a month in and I'm loving my car.
