Havent been to the dentist in a long while, but I think I found the place that I will be returning to for any of my dental needs. Highly recommend. Had an extraction done and the process was smooth, quick, and painless
The doctor was very nice, as was the staff. I was very impressed that the doctor called me the day before to speak with me and introduce himself- at that point I was sold and so excited to come in. However, I called previous to my appointment to see if my insurance was accepted there, and I got the answer "yes." Well, apparently your office is a premier provider under my insurance , therefore an out of network office for me. So for a 2 minute filing of my tooth it cost me close to $30. I feel like when someone calls to ask if their insurance is covered, the staff should be more specific as to what kind of coverage is accepted. Though I liked the office, because of this reason I will not be returning.
I am so glad that I switched to Gentle Family Dentistry. Dr. Lockard and his staff are caring and they ensure you are comfortable during procedures. My only regret is that I didn't switch sooner!!!
My son (whose 10 yrs old) had his first visit for a cleaning and yearly checkup. He really enjoyed the staff and Dr. Locker and said everyone was so nice to him. Looks like Gentle Family Dentistry is a keeper!!
I have been a patient at Gentle Family Dentistry for many years. Dr. Locker is incredible dentist with an eye for detail and is backed by 37 years of experience. His staff is all very friendly and well trained. They go out of their way for the patients and make sure everyone has the best dental experience possible. I would definitely recommend this office!
