Beutiful arrangement and great pricing
I am so pleased with the customer service from this Florist. My daughter purchased flowers for me and they started to drop their petals almost immediately. After calling and explaining the problem, Mrs Wentz had a fresh arrangement delivered with a very nice card attached. I highly recommend this Florist to everyone. She even thanked me for calling and informing her of a problem! That's great customer service!
Ordered a $50 Teleflora arrangement (plus $15 service fee) for my niece called Enchanted Cottage. Teleflora's arrangement contained white roses and several lilacs. Wendt's Florist arrangement contained white roses, fern, two lavender stock. It wasn't an "arrangement" but rather resembled a field bouquet from your local grocery store just thrown into a vase. They are a RIP OFF florist.
Judy is so in tune to everything--she understood what I was looking for when I could barely explain it myself. Absolutely beautiful arrangement, and went out of her way to make something truly unique and special. People like that are a rare breed and I highly recommend her.
My boyfriend called 1-800-FLOWERS and they used this florist to send us an arrangement. It was a Happy Birthday arrangement that, when I first saw it, thought he must have paid $30 - $40 at the most for. Some of the flowers and greenery were already dying when the arrangement came. When compared to the picture of the arrangement that 1-800-FLOWERS shows on its website, it is LITERALLY HALF THE SIZE. They sent HALF THE FLOWERS they should have! My boyfriend informed he that he actually paid $75.99 for it, and the instant he said that, my head began to swim. I can't believe this flower shop sent the arrangement they did for the price he paid. Apparently using 1-800-FLOWERS itself is a rip-off, and I know now to never use them again and go straight to a local shop, but it definitely won't be this one. I spoke to the owner and she said she felt bad about my feelings but didn't offer to refund any of the money, even though I made it clear I would leave this review. I offered to bring the terribly overpriced thing for a full refund but no was the answer I got. I'll be complaining to 1-800-FLOWERS next in an attempt to get back so of the money spent on this ridiculous excuse for a nice flower arrangement. This place is indeed a rip-off and the owner doesn't care if you're happy or not.
