It has literally taken me a YEAR to write this review, because every time I thought of it, I got too stressed remembering the whole ordeal. Stay away from Budget. They completely ruined our move, I lost five pounds in five days just from the stress they caused. We were given a car carrier with a broken hitch and truck with a flat tire. (The broken hitch would have surely caused an accident) They replaced the car carrier that night, and it had a flat tire! Had to wait for THREE car carriers, and several tires. We spent three days on the house floor, sleeping and just waiting because we had packed everything from our house and NO ONE (even every single manager I could ask for in Oklahoma) could tell me when we'd get a safe replacement. It delayed our trip three days, and we still only had one week with the truck to move from PA to AZ. (Although we were told on the phone we were given an extra three days. Luckily, I stopped believing anything they said) I was scared to death the entire trip that something else would happen to the truck. The folks in Duncansville were sympathetic, but I have no idea how the hitch and tire left the store being broken... We can only figure their "inspections" aren't exactly thorough... And as for the people on the other end of the phone who told me off as I was crying, they are surely anything but sympathetic. We asked for some money back and only receive a very small refund for the amount we spent. Next move we will sooner get rid of more stuff before we book a truck through Budget. If you do book through Budget, DO NOT do it close to a weekend, or you'll be waiting on the floor for three days too.
