The park is cleaning up some, but the Manager can be rude.

I choose to keep to myself here, I love that I'm not bothered by anyone and can live peacefully .
I've lived here a little over 4 years and have seen many changes. Old A banded trailers are taken out, newer doublewide's have been put in and landscaping has been done.
The new park manager has been of the picky sort, lol, by staying on top of what happens in this park. Which can be annoyance to some people. But on the other hand it makes me feel a lot better living here, knowing riffraff isn't going to be tolerated .
Its so quiet here
The maintenance really stay on top of snow removal at all hours. The Manager and office workers do drive and walk around to keep an eye on everything.
Before moving in we had credit and criminal background checks for everyone 18 and older along with an interview.
Its peaceful and an overall nice place! :-)
