Do not work with this company. They are not professional at all. I don't even know how they are still open.
Ketrow wouldn't be supportive at all and we verified time and time again that they made the mistake according to the airline company.
Tried to support a friend who had mistakes on his itinerary from Ketrow in Duncansville, Pa.
They also picked a horrible location in Key West for a price that we verified was overstated in relation
to other hotel/motels I checked when I was there. I did not personally use Ketrow but saw what my friend went through after his first vacation from major cancer surgery three years ago. Believe me, Ketrow did NOTHING for him - I urge you to never use them.
Do not use this agency!
And lets talk now about accommodations ... did you yield a higher percentage on that dump of a facility you put us in the Keys? Picture this: all of our bathroom items were stacked on the 2 inch window ledge. It went downhill from there. Should I post pictures???
Do not underestimate your customers. They are NOT local yokels. Some of us are well traveled.
Can you see the sucker coming? This agency screwed up, clearly, and will do anything to cover their tracks. Have you heard of customer service? The correct information was verified 3 times with the airlines and yet this agency continues to spew their untruths. Everyone makes a mistake...fess up!
