Took in a cat to get shots and a check up. 2 months later he has worms and they're calling me harassing me about the paw plan. HAH
They're entirely too pushy and we're unclear in every aspect of the billing cycle. They only gave info about the paw plan and intentionally made the rest of it difficult to understand.

On top of getting roped into a $600 paw plan they still charged an additional $110 for the appointment.
